Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the pagejoust.com website and the PageJoust waitlist. They do not govern your use of the PageJoust Shopify app itself — when the app launches, it will have its own terms covering use of the product.

By using the site or submitting your email through the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms.

The waitlist

PageJoust is in active development. Joining the waitlist does not entitle you to:

• A guaranteed launch date.
• A guaranteed invitation to early access.
• Any specific pricing or product features.

We may change the product roadmap, pricing, features, or terms of early access at our discretion. You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Submit email addresses that are not your own or that you do not have permission to use.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or interact with the form.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the site or any information from it to develop a directly competing product or service.

Intellectual property

The PageJoust name, brand, logo, written content, and visual design on pagejoust.com are owned by PageJoust. You may link to the site and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the content commercially without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageJoust will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
